- 500 acre specific plan in the City of Santa Paula for the development of 1,500 homes, community facilities and commercial space
- 28 Acre site in coastal community approved for 74 single family homes and 80,000 square feet of commercial space
- Advisor in charge of entitlement process team management and development manager for a 350,000 square foot Target anchored power center
- 140,000 square foot mixed use office and industrial project
