For applicants interested in leasing space at any of our managed portfolio please pint out the appropriate Lease Application, fill in the applicable data, sign and return to either of the individuals noted below.
Once this is completed you will be contacted by the projects property manager to discuss your application, the property and the remaining steps necessary to successfully a lease transaction.
In addition to the lease applications we have included a basic lease form that covers many of the legal aspects of completing a commercial property lease.
